How does it work?

STEP 1) Go to the home your interested, any day between 8:00 AM and 4:00PM.

STEP 2) Take a picture of a valid government ID (Driver’s license, passport, etc.)

STEP 3) Take a picture of yourself, with the property clearly visible behind you.

STEP 4) Send your name, phone number, email, and both pictures to our email at gooseberrynest@gmail.com

STEP 5) Contact us at 570-580-0740

STEP 6) Tour your future home!

Access to the home is for a period of one hour.

Please wipe your shoes at the entrance, take off your shoes at the entrance if they are wet or dirty.

Leave the house in the condition you found it.

Once you’ve left the property contact us to confirm you’ve left, please ask any questions you may have about the home.
