This is charged directly by them, using their secure payment server. Payments are used exclusively for creating an applicant profile. Application fees are not refundable, and do not carry any guarantee that the applicant will be selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who has to fill and pay for an application?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any applicant who intends to occupy the home and is 18 years old and older needs to fill an application and pay the respective application fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are the requirements for an applicant to be selected?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All applications are evaluated on an individual basis and will be considered for selection. We strictly follow all requirements established by the Fair Housing Act, which means our selection standards ensure all protected classes under the Fair Housing Act are protected.
